Healthy Weight Management vs Weight Loss

Everyone has a body type and with that type we have a weight range. While the goal is always to be in the smaller or lighter side of that range weight gain is a factor we can’t get around. Like in life experiences your weight too will go up and down. The key to managing it is understanding proper nutrition and having the discipline to commit to eating properly. Also weight management has no time frame so stop giving yourself unrealistic expectations and goals that you ultimately fail. Why put yourself behind the 8-ball of dissatisfaction and change your mindset around the concept of weight management verses weight loss. Just my thoughts—- because its a job that takes work and we don’t need to make it harder for ourselves.
